Concrete Foundations
A steel building is only as good as what it sits on—so we build foundations the right way, to match the engineer’s design and deliver a flat, true base for the frame. Our scope can include excavation and granular base prep, forming, rebar placement, anchor bolt layout and templates, concrete supply and placement, and a power-trowelled slab finish when required. We coordinate all embedded items (anchor rods, base plates, thickened edges, piers, and any slab recesses), and ensure elevations, squareness, and bolt locations are verified before steel arrives—so erection goes smoothly and the building performs long-term.
Insulation and Interior Walls
A warm, efficient building comes down to the details inside the shell. We coordinate insulation packages to match your use and climate—whether that’s blanket insulation, batt/vapour barrier assemblies, or high-performance IMP panel systems—with proper sealing at transitions, openings, and penetrations to prevent drafts and condensation. For interior build-outs, we install steel-stud partition walls, fire-rated assemblies where required, and durable finishes (sheathing, plywood backing, and liner panels) designed for real commercial abuse.
